- Victor is a talented musician; he gives guitar lessons in his community with two guitars that were donated – with the guitar lessons he will be able to flourish as a musician, continue to give lessons in his community, and hopefully be able to make extra money by playing at weddings, birthdays and other social events
- The expenses to be covered by the FQ scholarship are transportation costs to and from the capital, as well as the inscription fee and monthly payment for classes
