- Rafael is a field supervisor/ project manager for small scale aqueducts and other construction projects such as schools. He will take a basic computer curse for Microsoft word, excel and use of internet in order to begin to use these tools for in his work; it will also increase his personal skill set, making him more employable and being able to receive a higher salary or negotiate more lucrative contracts when bidding for work
